HRC Coupling

It's characteristic is simple construction, safe and reliable in use and easy to install. Maintenance is virtually eliminated and no lubricant is required in the running term.

Allow for incidental misalignment, absorb shock loads and dampen out small amplitude vibrations. These semi-elastomeric couplings are designed for general purpose applications and applications and permit quick and easy assembly by means taper bush. Outside diameters are fully machined to allow alignment by simple straight adge methods. Shaft connection is "fail safe" due to interacting jaw design.

Use 2 hubs, For H style, 1 E-Rubber element and 2 bushings. 

Made of GG25 high grade cast iron and phosphate.

Offered in both Pilot bore, and Taper bushed with both face and hub mount.

5) Good recovery capacity, elastic components can reduce the load at the peak moments, and the deviation is a major consideration when designing.
6) Adaptability of misalignment, HRC can coupling contains parallel shift, angle shift and axis shift which happen some times.
7) Taper sleeve, push-pull type taper sleeve is standard for HRC coupling.
