High Hardness: Using carburizing heat treatment technology, the surface hardness of the gear reaches 56-62HRC. The worm gear made of aluminum bronze has a hardness of 150±5HB, and that made of tin bronze has a hardness of 120±5HB. The worm gear adopts a copper-cladding process, which ensures higher strength and prevents fracture under high torque and heavy load.
Low Noise: Noise ≤65 decibels, 100% tested before leaving the factory.
High Transmission Efficiency: The transmission ratio ranges from 5 to 100, and some ratios have a self-locking function. The transmission efficiency reaches 90-95%.
Glue-Free Sealing: No glue is applied to the input flange and output end cover, making it more environmentally friendly, with outstanding performance to meet customers' higher standard requirements.
