EED EDM series special hoisting gear motors are wire rope hoisting drive devices, adopting an advanced mechatronics design. Features of the Hoisting Gear Motor


It uses an aluminum alloy housing and a heavy-duty bearing design, characterized by small size, light weight, and impact resistance. It is suitable for working conditions with high start-stop frequencies. It has low starting current, large starting torque, stable operation, and excellent static and dynamic starting performance. The soft acceleration is smooth, resulting in low wear.

It has a fast response, long durability, and low maintenance frequency. In case of power loss, the brake automatically engages.


(2) Surface Coating of the Hoisting Gear Motor

The body is first subjected to shot blasting, then undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment.

After phosphating, it is painted with coating.
